The goal of this club is to help encourage women to choose whatever career they want. Many times, women face unique challenges that could discourage them from even considering certain careers, such as a career in surgery. However, for our club you don’t even need to be interested in surgery specifically - a lot of these challenges apply to women in any STEM or medical field.

At most of the club meetings, we are hoping to have guest lecturers including surgeons, PAs, nurses, etc. come in to share their own experiences. We are also looking to provide a wide range of opportunities for our members.
